Please note that slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

Customers may be required to share images of the product for verification.
Return delivery charges may apply depending on the reason for return.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return cost.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Exchange requests follow the same conditions as returns.
